The 2023 vintage brought ideal ripening conditions, resulting in grapes with concentrated flavour and beautifully ripe tannins. This expressive Pinotage reflects the warmth and character of Stellenbosch’s terroir, with added depth and aromatic lift from the Petit Verdot component. Extended ageing in a carefully balanced mix of French and American oak lends complexity and polish, without overshadowing the wine’s vibrant fruit core. While approachable now, this wine possesses the structure and harmony to age gracefully for 8 to 12 years. Ideal with grilled meats, barbecued beef, rich game dishes, hearty stews, and aged hard cheeses.
