Theresa Blanc De Noir 2023
This is a stylish dry rosé wine combined with the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe fruit for depth of flavour balanced with good acidity. The wine has a pink onion skin colour and flavours of strawberries.
Maturation Potential
The wine is ready to drink now, but will mature well for a further 2 years.

The grapes were harvested by hand at the beginning of March. After destalking and crushing, the must was fermented in open fermenters at 25̊C to 28̊C. The juice was separated from the skins after crushing.
